Mission Statement 

The Clean Green Bag Scheme campaign is dedicated to raising awareness of the environmental impact of plastic bags, to suggest the use of greener alternatives, to encourage local retailers to stop supplying plastic bags to consumers and to inspire the general public to re-use their bags.’ 

We are a small group with a large environmental conscience. The group consists of Tracey Ricketts, Rachel Lamb, Lorretta Perella and Nicola Cooper together representing concerned parents, students and workers. The group was formed in August 2007 following much comment and deliberation on the subject of plastic bags. As a result, we decided to take action on what appears to be a major environmental problem.

Our aim is to win over the hearts and minds of local Poole traders and the people of Poole. Our beautiful planet needs YOUR help!
